Shipping and returns



Shipping conditions:
When we receive an order we always look for the cheapest method of carriage and inform you about the shipment. Upon payment we will normally send the goods within 2 days or provide mutually agreeable timescale. If the online ordering system is used, in some cases it can be neccessary to review the shipping costs where a large disparity between plant value and shipping costs exists.
Missing or damaged plants
Our nursery is not responsible or liable for losses or damages to the plants done by the shipping carrier , however we will always try to replace or refund in the rare event of damage occurring. All complaints must be done immediately to both ourselves and the carrier at delivery in case of apparent or concealed damages. Other damages or losses will be refunded within 7 days of delivery. In the event of damage we request that you send the items back to us using the same shipment method as which we used, otherwise we cannot replace or reimburse you. We will refund cost of plants ONLY. Shipping costs will not be refundable.
